Ohmura’s production lines are the fruit of continuous improvement (kaizen) activities on the production floor. With the notion that “1 second = 1 yen,” and with the slogan “eliminate, reduce, change,” we make ongoing improvements in the manufacturing process based on a firm belief in the importance of what happens on the plant floor.
