Ohmura takes drawings made by our customers -- designs for things that simply do not yet exist on the market -- and, working from these drawings, gives actual shape and form to these ideas.
Custom products are the job of No. 1 Production Department. High-skilled engineers use standard equipment, NC lathes, and machining centers to produce highly-precise, valuable, and new creations.
As we introduce the latest technology, we ask ourselves, “Can this equipment be used efficiently?” It takes a true craftsman to be able to answer this question correctly. This attitude is the basis of our target to create “an amusement park for the production of customer concepts” in the near future.

The highly-precise, complexly shaped parts made by Ohmura are used for the quintessential engineering of such as aircraft and space rockets.
These parts must operate in exceedingly harsh environments, enduring temperature variations from several hundred degrees below to several thousand degrees above zero. They must be made light, and are thus extremely thin. Nevertheless, they must be able to move at speeds of 300 km/hr.
Therefore, these parts are at times be made from Inconel alloys and other highly heat-resistant steels, or they must be fabricated from titanium, magnesium, or other lightweight metals.
At Ohmura, we have the technological capability to use tried-and-true methods as well as the newest methods to forge, to die-forge, or to machine from square stock these various materials.
